Zzok's Terms & Conditions – Full English Version

Zzok (zzok.click) is an internationally licensed online gaming and lottery platform operated specifically for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between zzok and its members.

By accessing, using, or registering on the zzok platform, you are deemed to have accepted all provisions of these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the zzok platform.

Zzok reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified in advance by email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any discrepancy, the English version shall be considered final.

To open an account on zzok, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. zzok does not provide services to minors, and any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately.
• Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Submitting false information is strictly prohibited.
• Your account must be opened in your own name and for your personal use only. Managing an account on behalf of someone else or a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Zzok may request a national ID, passport, or other identity documents at any time for account verification purposes.

Once registered, you are fully responsible for the security of your account. Keep your password confidential and do not allow anyone else to access your account. Report any unauthorized access to zzok Support immediately.

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on zzok:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Deposits and withdrawals can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are generally credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours. Delays in the verification process may extend this timeframe.
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawals can be processed. Withdrawals from unverified accounts will be held.
• Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Zzok reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions and may place withdrawals on hold during the investigation.

Zzok regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Please read the following terms carefully before claiming any offer:

• Each bonus carries its own wagering requirement. You must place bets totalling the specified amount before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus is available to each new member once only. Any attempt to claim it through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being permanently suspended.
• Bonuses may only be used on designated games. The eligible games for each offer will be specified in its terms.
• Bonus offers are valid for a limited time. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once the expiry date has passed.
• Zzok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the account in question will be suspended immediately.

All games on zzok are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which guarantees that every game outcome is completely random and cannot be manipulated by any party.

• Game results are final. Results will not be changed unless there is evidence of a technical error.
• If a game is interrupted due to a server outage or loss of internet connection, zzok will determine the outcome based on system records.
• Every game on zzok has its own set of rules, which should be reviewed before starting to play.
• For Sports Betting, bets will be settled after the official result is announced.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zzok platform:

• Fraud, deception, or any form of dishonest conduct.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or arbitrage betting.
• Using any hacking, cracking, or automation tools on the game software.
• Attempting to access another member's account.
• Any attempt to launder money or process illegal funds through zzok.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, zzok will immediately suspend the relevant account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action where necessary.

Zzok takes Responsible Gaming seriously. We believe gaming is for entertainment — not a source of income.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly spending limits.
• Members have the option to temporarily suspend their account for a set period (7 days to 6 months) if needed.

• Zzok works with parents to help keep minors away from gaming.

Zzok collects, stores, and uses your personal information solely for the purpose of providing platform services. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties.

• All data is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Payment information is never stored on zzok's servers.
• Information may be shared with authorities where required by legal obligation.

Members may close their account at any time. It is advisable to withdraw any remaining balance before doing so. zzok also reserves the right to close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud or deceptive activity.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

For inactive accounts, zzok may charge a monthly maintenance fee. Members will be notified by email before any account closure.

Zzok is not liable for the following:

• Games left incomplete due to loss of internet connection.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment systems.
• Account details compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters or government-imposed restrictions.

In any case, zzok's maximum liability will be limited to the value of the transaction in question.

If a dispute arises, please contact zzok's customer support team first. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours.

• If the support team is unable to resolve the issue, it will be escalated to zzok's dispute resolution department.
• In the event of a dispute, zzok's system records will be treated as the definitive evidence.
• Any dispute must be raised within 72 hours of the game concluding. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Zzok reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. In the event of changes:

• Members will be notified at least 7 days in advance of any significant changes.
• Continued use of the platform after the updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If you do not wish to accept the updated terms, you may close your account and withdraw your remaining balance.

These terms and conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026 and are effective from that date.
